These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the kekariya platform. By registering an account or placing any bet on kekariya, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out in this document in full.
Section 1
By accessing, browsing, or using the kekariya website or any associated mobile-optimised interface (collectively, "the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect at the moment you first access the Platform and remains in force for the entire duration of your use of kekariya.
kekariya may update, revise, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with kekariya's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement and form part of the complete legal framework governing your use of kekariya.
If you are acting on behalf of a third party or using another person's account, you represent that you have full authority to bind that person to these terms. kekariya strictly prohibits the use of accounts by persons other than the registered account holder. Any breach of this provision may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Section 2
To be eligible to use the kekariya platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
kekariya reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kekariya's support team may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Age verification is conducted at the point of registration and again at first withdrawal. kekariya employs automated and manual checks to detect underage usage. Any account confirmed to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be permanently closed without the possibility of reinstatement. Any balance held in such an account will be forfeited. kekariya will not be liable to any underage player for any loss suffered as a result of their use of the Platform.
Players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh are all welcome on kekariya subject to meeting the eligibility requirements set out above. kekariya does not discriminate on the basis of region, provided all conditions of eligibility are met.
Section 3
Each player is permitted to hold one single account on kekariya. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent ban of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of all balances therein.
When registering your kekariya account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You must update this information promptly if any of it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or at any subsequent time is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kekariya login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. kekariya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, including but not limited to losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kekariya's support team immediately at [email protected]. kekariya will investigate the matter promptly and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation to protect your funds.
kekariya reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to accounts where fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of cheating is suspected. In such cases, kekariya may withhold any balance pending investigation and, if misconduct is confirmed, permanently forfeit those funds.
Each player is entitled to one kekariya account only. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and result in permanent bans across all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for your login credentials. Never share your kekariya username or password. Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately to our support team.
kekariya may request proof of identity at any time. Valid national ID, passport, or government-issued photo ID are accepted. Timely compliance is required to maintain full account access.
Section 4
kekariya supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are set out in the table below.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. kekariya will not process transactions from third-party payment accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment account that does not match the name on your kekariya account, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to kekariya's internal fraud prevention procedures. kekariya reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals submitted before 11:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are ordinarily processed within the timeframes stated above. Withdrawals submitted on Eid public holidays may experience additional processing delays.
kekariya does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals on its end. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges. These charges are entirely outside kekariya's control and are solely your responsibility. kekariya recommends checking your payment provider's current fee schedule before initiating any transaction.
Any funds deposited to your kekariya account that are not used within 12 months of the last account activity may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from the dormant balance. kekariya will make reasonable efforts to notify you before applying this fee. You can avoid inactivity fees by logging into your account or making a transaction at least once every 12 months.
Section 5
From time to time, kekariya may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to new and existing players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
General bonus rules applicable to all kekariya promotions unless stated otherwise:
Seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, T20 World Cup, and Independence Day events are published on the kekariya platform and are subject to the same general bonus rules unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms.
New players on kekariya are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. Full wagering requirements and validity periods are stated in the active welcome offer terms at the time of registration.
Existing kekariya players may receive periodic reload bonuses on subsequent deposits. Reload offers are distributed via email or in-platform notifications and are subject to individual offer terms.
kekariya runs seasonal promotions around Eid, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Pohela Boishakh. These limited-time offers are published on the platform with full terms and validity windows.
Section 6
kekariya maintains a strict policy against any conduct that compromises the integrity of the Platform, harms other players, or violates applicable law. The following activities are strictly prohibited on kekariya and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:
kekariya employs automated monitoring systems and a dedicated Trust & Safety team to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, kekariya will take immediate action proportionate to the severity of the breach, up to and including permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
Section 7
You may request the closure of your kekariya account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, kekariya will process the closure within 48 hours. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of closure (net of any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification checks.
kekariya may suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, kekariya will inform the account holder via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal restrictions on disclosure. During a suspension period, the account holder cannot log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and full access restored.
Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, kekariya reserves the right to retain any funds held in the account as compensation for damages suffered by the Platform. kekariya will provide written notice of this decision and the specific reason for the closure to the account holder's registered email address.
Section 8
kekariya provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While kekariya makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted, and error-free service, kekariya does not warrant that the Platform will always be available, free from technical faults, or entirely secure from external threats beyond the control of kekariya's security infrastructure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kekariya excludes all liability for:
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits kekariya's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by kekariya's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
kekariya's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the kekariya Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and kekariya. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
